When Stotz Equipment added a new ag and turf store, they called on HASTCO’s experts to design and build an attractive facility with a showroom and service area that could accommodate the dealership’s largest farm equipment. HASTCO selected a pre-engineered building with insulated wall panels and a roof system. The team also added wood stud-framed interior walls with fiberglass bat insulation to ensure comfortable spaces for employees and customers. The mezzanine that overlooks the retail showroom provides space for a conference room, offices, storage, and mechanical equipment. In addition to the showroom, the main floor includes an expansive service area with special bays.
