When Heritage Tractor wanted to combine two facilities into one, the John Deere dealership ask HASTCO’s experts for help. The project required special planning to create a much larger center capable of handlings the needs of the market, while also accommodating the large equipment it sells and services. For this project, HASTCO created a large center with specialized space for retail, offices, maintenance, and repair services. The open workspace features two extra-wide hydraulic overhead doors and three multi-ton bridge cranes. Insulating EPS foam panels separate the service area from the retail showroom, adding energy efficiency and sound control. In addition to being highly insulated, the building includes in-floor heat in the shop and wash bay areas.
