For this self-storage facility, U-Haul focused on a large modern center that offers flexible functionality and state-of-the-art security with hundreds of climate-controlled storage units, along with easily accessible outdoor drive-up storage units. HASTCO was tasked to design and build a three-story U-Haul self-storage and the rental center, that included more than 700 climate-controlled storage units, 110 outdoor drive-up storage units, a rental showroom, contactless service capabilities, and several ADA-compliant accessible storage units were created on the first floor. To promote security, the facility was wired for a high-tech commercial alarm system, which includes electronically accessed doors and cameras throughout the building.
