To accommodate the growing business, HASTCO added three new buildings to U-Haul’s existing location, more than tripling the space. The largest building consists of more than 21,000 ft² and includes 225 rental storage spaces, of which 209 have interior access and are climate controlled and another 12 units are ADA compliant. The main building also includes a lobby and restrooms for customer comfort. To promote security, the facility was wired for a hig0tech commercial alarm system, which includes electronically accessed doors and cameras throughout the building. Another building features outdoor drive-up storage, while the third building is designated for warehouse storage.
