When Caterpillar decided to expand their Wamego campus, they called on HASTCO to build a new 40,000 ft² addition, capable of handling their new welding area. The new building features 48 creamed that range in capacity from 5-60 tons. With the new space, they were able to add 32 more welding machines and a new high-tech ventilation system to accommodate all of the new equipment. This new addition brought the campus to almost 250,000 ft² overall.
