For this AgriVision dealership, this renovation was all about space and functionality. The existing building needed to reflect the iconic and respected John Deere brand while making space for a large showroom, sales offices, a training room, computer classroom, two conference rooms, break room, storage rooms, and an exterior showcase for John Deere equipment. HASTCO’s designers allocated more than 100,000 square feet of space according to the dealership’s needs. The large shop area includes parts storage, tool storage, wash bay, and service bays. The mezzanine provides more space for storage and room for future growth. A simple but effective outdoor turf showroom expands the dealership’s display space and draws customers’ attention.
