HASTCO combined a John Deere dealership and corporate offices to create a well-integrated space for management, sales, and service. With commercial sprayer equipment becoming larger, Ag Power’s service shop needed more space and larger doors. The building needed to meet Energy Star design standards. To create a corporate space, HASTCO’s experts designed a glass-enclosed second-floor mezzanine divided up into offices and meeting rooms that overlook the showroom. They added custom brick accents on the center’s exterior to lend the appearance of a two-story office building. A massive 40’ x 20’ electric-powered rolling aircraft hangar door accommodates large equipment while waste oil produced from the shop fuels a boiler system that supplies the in-floor heating system.
