With the need for more storage space to rent, U-Haul added three buildings to their existing site located on SW Topeka Blvd.

Roof and Wall Treatment:
This project incorporates pre-engineered Double Lok 24 gauge metal roofing panels and 26 gauge metal wall panels as well as pre-cast concrete walls.

Special Features:
The largest building consists of over 21,000 sf, including 225 rental storage spaces with 209 of them having interior access and climate controlled. Twelve of the storage spaces accommodates ADA needs. The building also includes a lobby area, restroom and mop room. The secured facilities are alarmed with electronic access and cameras throughout. One building will have only exterior accessed storage and the last building will be used for warehouse/storage. The identity of U-Haul is depicted with the orange color on the doors and elsewhere.

Special Needs:
With the need for more storage space to rent with updated security and customer accommodation, U-Haul made the decision to add three buildings to their current site.
