The BTI-Pratt project is the second new dealership HASTCO Construction has completed with this Owner. The first being the BTI-Greensburg, LEED Platinum Certified facility built after the devastating EF5 tornado of 2007.
Roof and Wall Treatments:
Pre-engineered Butler Building with MR24 Standing Seam Roof and 2” (R23) insulated wall panels.
Designed similar to the BTI-Greensburg facility, yet on a larger scale. This facility which replaces an older existing facility down the road, houses sales, service and retail in a new energy efficient dealership built to the John Deere Place specifications.
The Owner wanted to relocate it corporate offices that are currently in Bucklin, Kansas into this new facility. The project was designed with a second floor mezzanine over the parts and service area to house these offices.

BTI, Inc is a family owned corporation with four John Deere Dealerships in Western Kansas.
