Moving to a new location outside of Tucson, Arizona offered this John Deere dealership the opportunity to build exactly what it needed for its new agricultural and turf equipment store. The new facility required multiple special-use spaces, including a large showroom, shop area with ag and turf bays, parts department, conference/training room, and sales offices. HASTCO selected a pre-engineered Star Building System with custom accents, such as stucco and stone to blend in with the landscape, and customized the design to accommodate a variety of specialized activities. A post-supported mezzanine overlooks the shop area and houses storage, mechanical equipment, and an employee break room. An exterior canopy provides a covered display area.
