When Southwest Implement wanted more public exposure for its’ John Deere retail and service center, the business relocated to a property along the Interstate. The move offered the opportunity to build a facility tailored to the business’ needs. Accommodation of large farm equipment and adding an eco-friendly heating system topped the owner’s wish list. HASTCO’s team chose a pre-engineered building with well-insulated wall pans and roof systems to ensure a comfortable showroom and workspaces. They created an expansive service area with a 40′ X 20′ hydraulic overhead door to accommodate large equipment. Waste oil produced from the shop fuels an energy-efficient in-floor heating system, providing comfort during harsh Nebraska winters.
